Interviewing an Applicant: Taking on the role of an employer, you will interview another student for a particular job. The job will be one for which the applicant has written a help wanted ad. Use the help wanted ad and the applicant's resume to help you develop appropriate questions. As interview, it will be your responsibility to keep the interview going at least 3 minutes by having enough questions and drawing information from the applicant by asking follow-up questions if the applicant's answers are too short or lacking in detail. (40 points)

Your Job Interview: Taking on the role of job applicant, you will be interviewed by another student (not the same one you interviewed). The job you interview for will be the one for which you wrote the help wanted ad. To prepare for your interview, develop at least 5-10 questions you will ask about the position during the interview. As the job applicant, it is your responsibility to ask these questions and to respond to the interviewer with complete and detailed answers. (60 points)
