of Course
In this
course, we will study different types of speech communication and focus on
improving your communication skills. A quick glance at the syllabus shows you
the range of topics we will explore--we will do much more than just make formal
speeches, though we will do that as well. Although we use a textbook and will do
some written work, this course is primarily a performance class, one in which
active, appropriate participation is required.
